Terms of Service
These terms describe the responsibilities that come with using Voyara as a travel operations workspace.
Last updated: 25 September 2026
1. Service
Voyara is software for travel businesses. It is not itself a hotel, airline, tour operator, destination management company, insurer or travel supplier unless expressly stated. Access and features may depend on the account and configuration.
2. Company accounts
Company administrators are responsible for authorized users, accurate account information, access decisions and the security of their credentials. Users must act within their permissions and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
3. Travel information
The travel company remains responsible for verifying pricing, availability, supplier terms, taxes, commissions, cancellation conditions, visas, health requirements, traveller eligibility, transport, accommodation and bookings. A record in Voyara is not supplier confirmation unless the supplier has actually confirmed it.
4. AI-assisted functionality
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. Users must review important output before relying on it. AI suggestions do not override reviewed source evidence, deterministic pricing or human approval.
5. Payments
Unless an expressly identified integration provides otherwise, Voyara does not independently move money. Payment records in the application may be records only and are not proof of actual financial settlement.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Voyara unlawfully or for fraud, unauthorized access, malware, disruption, security circumvention, impersonation, misuse of confidential information or credential extraction. Do not attempt to access another company’s workspace or interfere with the service.
7. Customer data
Customer data remains the customer’s data, subject to the rights needed for Voyara to host, process, secure and support the service under these terms and applicable agreements. The company is responsible for lawful collection and instructions concerning traveller data.
8. Intellectual property
Voyara and its underlying software, design and marks remain the property of Voyara or the applicable owner. These terms grant use of the service, not ownership of it.
9. Third-party services
Hosting, database, AI, email or other providers may support parts of the service. Their availability and terms can affect the corresponding features. Voyara does not make supplier bookings merely by connecting information to a third-party service.
10. Availability and changes
We may maintain, update or change the service and will aim to communicate material changes appropriately. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
11. Suspension
Access may be suspended where reasonably needed to address security risk, unlawful or abusive use, serious breach of these terms or legal requirements, with notice where practical.
12. Disclaimer
Voyara assists travel operations but does not replace professional judgment or independent verification. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee that every result, document or suggestion will be accurate or fit for a particular trip.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable under these terms for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or business opportunities, except where the law does not allow that exclusion. Any further liability limits should be set out in a separate written customer agreement; nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Termination
An account may be closed under the applicable customer arrangement. Data export, deletion and retention are subject to that arrangement, our privacy practices and applicable law.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya unless a separate written customer agreement states otherwise or mandatory law requires otherwise.
