Private company workspaces
Company data is scoped to authenticated organization membership, with server-side checks and database row-level policies.
Role-based access
Permissions help teams give the right people access to the right work. Sensitive actions require explicit authorization.
Private documents
Supplier files are kept in private storage and accessed through authenticated, scoped application workflows.
Server-side credentials
Provider keys and privileged credentials are used on the server, not intentionally exposed in browser code.
Human review of AI
AI extracts or drafts candidates. People review commercial facts, pricing and client-facing decisions.
Auditability
Operational records preserve the status and context of important actions so teams can understand what happened.
No false automation
Voyara does not treat a quote or itinerary as a supplier booking, and payment records do not prove settlement. Your team remains responsible for confirming availability, terms and payments.
